Taijing-2/02 Satellite

Taijing-2/02 Satellite is an environmental monitoring experimental satellite developed by Beijing Minospace Technology Co., Ltd. The satellite is equipped with three medium-resolution cameras covering different spectral bands, spanning from visible light, short-wave infrared to long-wave infrared, with a total of 12 spectral bands. By analyzing the radiation information of different spectra from ground objects, it can reflect land/cloud characteristics, vegetation boundaries and differences, and can be used to analyze data such as biomass, canopy density, chlorophyll fluorescence, and surface/cloud temperature, providing data support for research on ecological carbon sinks. The satellite has a swath of approximately 300 kilometers.
